Perquín is Chef Bryan’s approach to Honduran, Central and Latin American cuisine that finds inspiration in his world travels, Italian and Middle Eastern restaurant experience, and most importantly the flavors of his childhood. The main focus is to showcase the complexity, richness, techniques, and products that Honduras and the rest of Latin America have to offer. He aims to explore the rich tapestry of Latin America along with its deep rooted indigenous, African, Caribbean, and Spanish influences.
