Each dish was somehow better than the next - with tons of flavors that felt both familiar and completely new. Every item possessed its own unique flavor while fitting beautifully within the larger theme of the meal. Bryan also just made the entire experience completely effortless for us. He brought a calm energy into the home and took care of everything. It was such a treat.   • I hired Santelli’s Hospitality for a private dinner to share my love for fine dinning experiences with my family and they delivered just that! It was very easy to schedule and communicate throughout the entire process. Chef Bryan Giron accommodated for any allergies, diet preferences and attendees under ten years old. It was clear that Chef Bryan Giron’s knowledge on various cuisines was profound. I provided a few dishes that I had in mind and he designed a cohesive menu around that. He even provided me with options so that I could decide on the final menu. The day of, Chef Bryan Giron made a seamless transition into my kitchen and thoroughly cleaned up (cookware/plates and stove/counters/floors) making it hassle free for me as a host. He provided brief informative statements about each course which elevated the dinner. Every course was plated and executed perfectly and exceeded my expectations. He paid close attention to guests and paced courses out accordingly. Needless to say it was an incredible experience and already booked a third dinner with Santelli’s. Great service, amazing food and great family dinner.

  • Chef Bryan is multi talented. He can do any cuisine so well. I love the Crudo and the fish dishes he creates as well as yummy Mediterranean. He’s always on time, super clean in the kitchen and even leaves you with the leftovers packed! Will definitely be using him again for his thanksgiving special deliveries!
